We are already a spacefaring civilisation, while our choices about the future of our Earth are becoming ever more pressing.

In that way, one may trace a line between two of the presentations at the 2020 Sofia Science Festival, one by Professor Christopher Riley, entitled “Becoming a bi-planetary species”, the other French climatologist Dr. Valérie Masson-Delmotte’s talk on “Climate change, science and society”.
