A meeting between Kosovo prime minister Hashim Thaçi and his Serbian counterpart Ivica Dačić has ended without a concrete agreement, Thaçi said after the meeting.
“The talks have been very constructive and there has been progress, but there are still many technical details which must be agreed on,” Thaçi said.
“I met today in Brussels with Prime Minister Dačić and Prime Minister Thaçi to discuss a number of issues which relate to the implementation of the April agreement, besides the local government elections which will be held on November 3,” a media statement by European Union foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton said.
The next talks will be held on September 8.
