Kosovo PM Thaçi: I encourage Serbs to vote

The prime minister of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi, has not clarified if officials from the Serb government will be allowed to come to Kosovo to hold electoral campaigns.

Unwilling to make concrete declarations on the issue, he said that the Cold War had ended a long time ago and that there must be good neighbourly relations. He called on Serb leaders to encourage their citizens in Kosovo to participate in the local elections.
