Chief prosecutors of Bulgaria, Greece sign co-operation agreement
Bulgarian Prosecutor-General Sotir Tsatsarov and Efterpi Koutzamani, Prosecutor General at the Supreme Court of Greece, signed a memorandum of understanding on November 23 on matters including extradition and mutual legal assistance in criminal matters, the Bulgarian Prosecutor’s Office said.
The document, signed in Sofia, provides for co-operation in connection with the execution of requests for extradition and mutual legal assistance in criminal matters, including consultations within the existing legislation on extradition and mutual legal assistance in criminal matters applicable between the two countries, the Prosecutor’s Office said.
