Arrivals of non-residents for holidays in Bulgaria in July 2026 down close to 3% y/y
The number of arrivals of non-residents for holidays in Bulgaria in July 2026 was 2.7 per cent lower than in July 2025, the National Statistical Institute (NSI) said on August 27.
In all, there were 1 009 029 arrivals of non-residents for holidays in July this year, the NSI said.
Of this total, 621 215 were from other European Union countries.
The largest number of arrivals came from Romania, 222 271, followed by Ukraine, 115 197, Poland, 89 118, and Türkiye, 68 875.
Other large numbers included Czechia, 58 162, Serbia, 49 033, Germany, 46 914, the United Kingdom, 41 292, Greece, 41 090, Israel, 38 101, and North Macedonia, 24 120.
