Bulgaria arrests security agency employee who leaked information to smugglers
The Bulgarian Prosecutor’s Office anti-corruption unit has arrested an employee of the State Agency for National Security for allegedly leaking classified information to smugglers, a news conference in Sofia was told on October 2.
SANS deputy head Oleg Popov and Prosecutor-General Sotir Tsatsarov told reporters that the agency staffer arrested had given secret dossiers with documents on planned actions against smuggling and economic crimes.
