The 10th Allegra Festival and Academy, held in Sofia from July 6 to 22, was a resounding success, prompting audiences to look forward eagerly to the 2025 festival.

The 10th Allegra Festival and Academy opened with a virtuoso performance by Valery Sokolov under the baton of Maestro Johannes Schleffli and the Allegra Festival Orchestra.

Duo Runge & Ammon captured the hearts of the audience with an outstanding programme of early 20th century music.

The Mozart and Bruch Concert brought together world-renowned musicians such as Elena Garlitsky, Boris Garlitsky, Simone Gramaglia, Constantin Heidrich, Oyku Canpolat and Allegra’s founder Petar Naydenov.

The Next Generation Orchestra in an emotional concert together with their teacher Professor Boris Garlitsky and cellist Konstantin Heidrich.

Concertmaster of the Vienna Philharmonic Albena Danailova and her amazing performance of the Violin Concerto by Alexander Glazunov conducted by Maestro Nicolas Pasquet.

Young Bulgarian violin star Lora Markova captivated the audience with Max Bruch’s Violin Concerto together with the youth orchestras of the Lubomir Pipkov National Music School and the Conservatory of Winterthur, Switzerland.

Nearly 100 students from all over the world participated in the master classes of the Allegra Festival and Academy.
