Deadly explosions at Brussels Airport
Authorities in Belgium say one person has been killed and several more injured in two explosions at the international airport in Brussels.
The blasts occurred in the airport’s departure hall, shattering the building’s windows. The cause of the explosions have not been determined. All activity at the airport has been shutdown indefinitely.
Tuesday’s explosions occurred days after Belgian police arrested Salah Abdeslam, the man accused of playing a key role in planning last November’s terrorist attacks in the Paris that left 130 people dead and more than 300 wounded.
