Ukraine’s local elections: Mayors in Kyiv, Lviv, Kharkiv heading to re-election

According to an exit poll by the Social Monitoring Center NGO and commissioned the Committee of Voters of Ukraine watchdog, 40.4 per cent of Kyivans voted for current Kyiv mayor Vitali Klitschko to become Kyiv mayor again. About 8.7 per cent of voters want to see Volodymyr Bondarenko, the former head of Kyiv City administration and member of Fatherland Party as Kyiv mayor while former Kyiv mayor Oleksandr Omelchenko takes the third place in the Kyiv mayor race and gets 8.1 per cent of votes.
