This year its programme includes documentaries and feature films, as well as two retrospectives of Quentin Tarantino and John Cassavetes.

The festival opens on October 25 with “The Sessions”, starring Hellen Hunt, in Cinema City, at 7.30 p.m.

“The Rum Diary”, based on Hunter S. Thompson’s debut novel and starring Johnny Depp will be shown on October 27, at 6.15 p.m. In Euro Cinema.

Worth mentioning is the documentary on the rock band Queen, “Queen: Days of Our Lives” on November 1, at 8 p.m. in Sofia Live Club.
