Greece: Ferry route to link all Ionian islands for the first time
Although it is not going to last forever, the first has been made.
“A new ferry route that links all the Ionian islands for the first time will be inaugurated on May 1 and run until October 31,” ANA-MPA reports.
This route will be in service for a few months only but, at least, the Ionian islanders and the tourists who will visit the islands during the summer months will be able to feel less isolated and will get the “hop-on hop-off” kind of chance that people in the Aegean have, if and when they decide to go from island to island.
