German Christmas markets to be held in Sofia and Plovdiv
A traditional German Christmas market is to be held in Bulgaria’s capital city Sofia for the fifth consecutive year, opening on November 20 2015.
The market, featuring stalls selling gifts, crafts, food, mulled wine and beer, will be in the City Garden daily from 11am to 9pm, closing on December 20.
Plovdiv also will again have a German Christmas market, in the city’s Stefan Stambolov Square, from November 28 to December 27.
