Bulgarian leaders send condolences after Bucharest nightclub fire deaths
Bulgarian head of state President Rossen Plevneliev and Prime Minister Boiko Borissov sent messages of condolences to their Romanian counterparts on October 31 after the fire at a Bucharest nightclub that left a reported 27 dead and many injured.
In a cable to his Romanian counterpart Klaus Iohannis, Plevneliev expressed his sincere condolences on the tragic loss and his wishes for a speedy recovery of those who had been injured.
“We grieve with the Romanian people and pay tribute to the victims,” Plevneliev said, according to the Presidency media office.
