Macedonia bars migrants entering across Greek border
More than 4000 refugees have blocked the railway from Thessaloniki to Skopje at the border between Greece and Macedonia. Because of this situation, a passenger train and a freight train have been blocked in Greek territory.
Three thousand refugees have gathered in the border area between the two countries in an attempt to enter Macedonia, but they have been stopped by special units from the former Yugoslav republic.
Police are stopping large numbers of refugees from entering the territory of the country. A Greek special unit has also arrived at the border area.
