Bulgarian President’s son dies
The eldest son of Bulgarian head of state President Rossen Plevneliev has died, the President’s press office said on August 8.
“At this extremely difficult time for the family, my spouse, my two sons and I ask to be left alone in our grief,” the statement said.
The statement did not give the name or age of Plevneliev’s son, but media reports identified him as Filip, aged 14.
