Five die in floods in Macedonia
Five people have died from the bad weather and floods last night in Tetovo, in the west of Macedonia. The victims are three adults and two children.
Sources from the Tetovo hospital said that 11 people were injured in the floods. There was also considerable material damage. The floods were caused by the the Shkumbin river bursting its banks.
The bad weather and the floods have left many homes without power supply. The bad weather also affected a part of eastern Macedonia.
