What’s On: Vienna Classic Orchestra concert at Sofia’s NDK on December 13
The world-renowned Vienna Classic Orchestra (Wienerklassik Orchester) is to perform at Sofia’s National Palace of Culture, NDK, on December 13 at 8pm as part of a series of Christmas concerts in various cities and towns in Bulgaria.
Founded in 1998, the orchestra has performed in venues such as the Vienna Staatsoper, the magnificent Olympia in Paris and Royal Albert Hall in London and also in more than 30 countries around the world.
Formed by soloists from various leading orchestras in Vienna, the extraordinary versatility of the Vienna Classic Orchestra is shown especially in its ability to change the head count of musicians playing, from a string Quartet to Chamber Music up to a Symphonic Orchestra of the size and style of the Viennese Classic.
Tickets, costing 40 to 60 leva, and 80 to 100 leva for VIP seats, are available at the NDK box office and via eventim.bg.
