Tickets for Bon Jovi gig in Sofia to go on sale November 5

Concert promoter Balkan Entertainment confirmed on October 31 that it was bringing Bon Jovi for their first gig in Bulgaria, saying that tickets will go on sale at eventim.bg on November 5.

The band made the announcement a day earlier, in an email sent to members of its fan club, picked up by Bulgarian music news websites. The concert will be at the Vassil Levski national stadium on May 14 2013.

Balkan Entertainment said that prices for the gig will range from 69 leva to 199 leva in the VIP section. Tickets on the pitch will range from 89 leva to 129 leva. Passes for the closest section in front of the stage, the “diamond ring” will cost 199 leva (although the first 100 tickets will be offered with a discount, for 179 leva).

Last week, Bon Jovi announced its Because We Can – The Tour, which will promote the band’s new album What About Now, due out in spring 2013. Tickets for six shows in Canada in February and April are already on sale, with two shows in South Africa, five in the UK and one in Switzerland also announced.
