Bulgaria’s accommodation establishments in June 2026: Arrivals down – but revenue up

Revenue of accommodation establishments in Bulgaria in June 2026 added up 198 million euro, an increase of 13.6 per cent compared with June 2025, the National Statistical Institute (NSI) said on August 12.

Of the revenue, 138.9 million euro came from non-residents of Bulgaria and 59.1 million euro from residents of Bulgaria, the NSI said.

The number of arrivals decreased by 3.1 per cent compared with June 2025. Arrivals of non-residents were down by 5.1 per cent while those of residents of Bulgaria were down by 0.7 per cent.
