Bulgaria: One-day vignette to go on sale on February 3
Bulgaria is introducing a one-day vignette electronic road tax sticker as of February 3, costing 4.09 euro, the bgtoll website said.
In 2026, vignette prices remain the same as in 2025, the website said.
The one-day vignette, like the other types, will be valid for light vehicles up to 3.5 tons, for trailers and caravans, as well as for camping vehicles of category M1, regardless of their technically permissible maximum mass.
Vignette prices in 2026 are:
Annual – 49.60 euro
Quarterly – 27.61 euro
Monthly – 15.34 euro
Weekly – 7.67 euro
Weekend – 5.11 euro
One-day – 4.09 euro.
In addition to the National Toll Administration website or mobile application, vignettes can be purchased through other RIA sales channels – at a counter via cash payment or via a self-service terminal using a card. Counters are located at major border crossing points, as well as at the 27 regional road administration offices throughout the country. There are 464 self-service terminals.
Vignettes can also be purchased from the Road Infrastructure Agency’s partner network via the websites www.vinetki.bg, www.tollpass.bg, www.digitoll.bg, www.yettel.bg, www.A1.bg, www.vivacom.bg, www.grabo.bg, www.my.fibank.bg, www.spotins.bg, epay.bg, www.boleron.bg, as well as at cash desks in A1, Vivacom, Bulgarian Posts, Easy Pay, Fast Pay, Kolhida 3b, and at Lukoil, Petrol, OMV, EKO, Cruise, Benita, Gazprom, Shell, and VM Petroleum petrol stations, Tacho Venci service centres, I&G Insurance Brokers, Omnicar & Partners, General Broker, or via the mobile applications UBB Mobile, TollPass, Phyre, Amarant Bulgaria, iCard, Cardbox, Epay, and Bulbank Mobile.
When purchasing a vignette, users must carefully review and verify the information entered by them or by the relevant employee before confirming the final payment.
The responsibility for entering correct information regarding the vehicle registration number, its category, and the vignette validity period lies with the owner or user. In the event of incorrectly declared data, the due fee for the respective vehicle is considered unpaid.
Registration number characters may be entered in Cyrillic or Latin script, but must correspond to the symbols on the registration plate itself.
When typing the number, only letters and digits are entered. The symbols 0 (zero) and O (letter O) are not interchangeable.
For a digit in the number, 0 (zero) must be typed, and for a letter, “O”. If the registration number contains a hyphen, dot, or space, these are not entered.
