Poland monitors Russia’s snap military drills
Polish armed forces are constantly monitoring the situation in connection with information on Russia putting troops on full combat mode, Ministry of Defence said Thursday after briefing of the representatives of Poland’s armed forces.
The ministry added that they are in constant touch with the country’s allies and that there is no reason for concern, nor any threat for Poland.
Polish Prime Minister Beata Szydło told reporters that she is in contact with Defence Minister Antoni Macierewicz, who “is analyzing the situation” and everything is “under control”.
