Slovakia, Poland to set up NATO centre for counterintelligence
Slovakia and Poland are planning to build a centre for the counterintelligence capabilities of NATO countries. Slovak Defence Minister Martin Glváč, currently on a business trip in the USA, signed a memorandum of understanding to this effect at the Allied Command Transformation in Norfolk, Virginia on September 30.
The main role of the so-called Centre of Excellence for Counterintelligence will be education and training in this field, Defence Ministry spokesperson Martina Balleková informed the TASR newswire.
