Bulgarian railways brings back dining cars on Sofia – Varna line
Bulgarian State Railways, BDZ, said that from September 7, it would bring back “bistro” dining cars on fast trains between the capital Sofia and the Black Sea city of Varna.
The dining cars feature several booths with tables and seats, a bar, and equipment to cool drinks and warm food, BDZ said.
The service is being offered on the daily train to Varna departing Sofia at 6.50am and the Varna – Sofia train leaving at 7.30pm.
