What’s On: Paintings by Gredi Assa at Sofia City Art Gallery from April 29
An exhibition of paintings by Gredi Assa opens at Sofia City Art Gallery on April 29 at 6pm and continues until May 25 2014.
The exhibition, entitled Through the Desert, consists of 49 large-format canvases created between 2010 and 2014.
Assa, who turns 60 this year, is a professor at the Academy of Fine Arts in Sofia. His work has been exhibited in a large number of European capitals and some are kept in galleries ranging from Sofia to Tel Aviv to Aachen.
