Reding: EU to take action on Hungary
The European Commission will probably launch infringement proceedings against Hungary, Justice Commissioner Viviane Reding told reporters in Brussels on Wednesday. The EU’s executive should soon complete its legal review of the controversial Fourth Amendment to the new Constitution which was passed last month by the ruling right-wing Fidesz party.
