Hungarian opposition demand Fidesz party expel founder member over racist article

In the wake of a stabbing at a bar on New Year’s Eve, the extreme-right party Jobbik has called for one of its routine demonstrations against “Gypsy crime”. However, it was the reaction of a lay member of the ruling Fidesz party that caused the case to snowball into a scandal this week.
