For the first time, pianist Veneta Neynska presents ‘Concerts with History’ in English
Renowned pianist Veneta Neynska brings her internationally acclaimed classical music concerts to a new audience with Concerts with History – in English for the very first time.
“Hosted in the intimate and historic setting of legendary Bulgarian opera singer Boris Christoff’s home in Sofia, the two-part concert series promises unforgettable evenings filled with piano masterpieces,” organisers said.

Part I: Prelude to Chopin
Date: February 5, 7 PM
Neynska performs one of the most iconic sets in piano literature, Chopin’s 24 Preludes, Op. 28, a journey of breathtaking beauty, exploring a wide range of emotions, textures, and pianistic challenges.
Part II: Virtuoso World
Date: February 11, 7 PM
This program features a dazzling array of works by Bulgarian virtuoso Dimitar Nenov and Romantic superstar Franz Liszt. Audiences will experience:
– Franz Liszt: Consolation No. 3 & Un Sospiro
– Dimitar Nenov: Meditation
– Nenov Miniatures: A collection of seven pieces, showcasing traditional Bulgarian influences, including Prelude, Fairy-tale, and Bulgarian Bagpipe.
– Franz Schubert / Franz Liszt: Ständchen & Gretchen am Spinnrade
– Franz Liszt: Hungarian Rhapsody No. 2, a fiery conclusion to the program.
