Polish President not to meet President Obama on US visit

US President Barack Obama declined to meet with Polish President Andrzej Duda during Duda’s visit to the US, despite last-minute efforts by Polish diplomats, Polish media report.

Duda will start Wednesday a three-day visit to the US capital where he will attend a Nuclear Security Summit, according to an itinerary published on the presidential website www.president.pl.

On Wednesday, Duda will meet with experts and representatives of university circles at the National Press Club organised by the Centre for European Policy Analysis and the Atlantic Council.
