Poland had natural gas deliveries from Russia realized at a stable level in the week ending on October 2, but the volumes were below orders, natural gas giant PGNiG and state gas pipeline operator Gaz-System said on Gaz-System’s website.

The deliveries “were realized at a stable level, ensuring safe work of Poland’s gas grid,” and “all end users of gas in Poland are receiving gas according to their needs,” the statement reads.

But the amounts still fell short of order, the statement read. The missing volumes were compensated with gas delivered from the West, it added.
