Three Golden Dawn MPs get bail, one remanded in custody
Three MPs from Greece’s neo-Nazi party Golden Dawn, Elias Kassidiaris, Elias Panagiotaros and Nicos Michos, were released on bail, after a decision was made by investigators and prosecutors on October 2 2013. On the contrary, MP Giannis Lagos was set to be imprisoned.
Bail of 50 000 euro and a ban on leaving the country was imposed on Kassidiaris, while Michos and Panagiotaros were only banned from leaving the country.
