Polish airline PLL LOT revises restructuring plan, expects more public aid
Poland’s troubled flagship airline PLL LOT has sent to the Treasury Ministry an amended restructuring plan, which assumes granting the company additional financial support, deputy Treasury Minister Rafal Baniak told reporters on Tuesday.
“Yesterday the Treasury Ministry received a revised restructuring plan of LOT,” Baniak said. “It assumes, among others, granting financial support for the company.”
The plan will now be sent to other ministries and the anti-trust body UOKiK for a review. The final plan and the potential public aid will be a result of those consultations, Rafal Baniak added
