2007 Navy Opportunity Forum
Senator John F. Kerry (D.-Mass.) addresses attendees of the ’07 Navy Opportunity Forum sponsored by the Navy Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Program Office. The Forum provides an effective way for acquisition officers, R&D managers, prime contractors, 1st and 2nd tier suppliers, and defense personnel to preview Navy-funded technologies developed by small business.
