AmCham Bulgaria announces board of directors election results
Seven American Chamber of Commerce board of directors members were elected on February 12 2013 at the General Assembly, held at the Hilton Sofia hotel: Daniel Berg, EBRD Bulgaria, David Butts, CMS Cameron McKenna, Petia Dimitrova, Eurobank Bulgaria, Sergey Koinov, Forton International, Peter Lithgow, AES Corporation, Solomon Passi, Atlantic Club Bulgaria, and Roman Vassilev, individual member, AmCham said.
Sergey Koinov, Forton International has been elected to the board for the first time, while the other six have begun their second and third terms in office.
AmCham thanked Atanas Garov, Colliers International Bulgaria, who ended his second term at the BoD and stepped down. The chamber honoured Garov with a painting and a certificate of appreciation for his work with the chamber.
