Revenue of accommodation establishments in Bulgaria in February 2026 up 17% y/y

The total revenue from nights spent in accommodation establishments in Bulgaria in February 2026 was 17 per cent higher than in February 2025, the National Statistical Institute (NSI) said on April 14.

In February 2026, revenue added up to 68.9 million euro, of which 29.5 million euro was from non-residents of Bulgaria.

The number of arrivals was up by 2.9 per cent compared with February 2025, adding up to 503 999, of which 153 109 were non-residents.

Arrivals of residents of Bulgaria was up by 4.7 per cent compared with February 2025, while those of non-residents dropped by 0.9 per cent, the NSI said.
