NSI: Revenue of Bulgaria’s accommodation establishments in 2025 up 16.3% y/y

The revenue of accommodation establishments in Bulgaria in 2025 was 16.3 per cent higher than in 2024, the National Statistical Institute (NSI) said on March 16.

Revenue in 2025 added up to 2793.9 million leva, the NSI said.

The number of arrivals at all accommodation establishments increased by 5.8 per cent compared with 2024, while the total number of nights spent was 28.8 million, an increase of 4.2 per cent compared with 2024.

Arrivals added up to 4 140 353.

Of the total number of arrivals, 984 092 were from Romania, 335 943 from Ukraine, 306 537 from Germany, 275 026 from Türkiye, 266 415 from Poland, 245 304 from the United Kingdom, 208 873 from Israel, 163 470 from Czechia and 116 946 from Greece, according to the NSI.
