NSI: Bulgarian accommodation establishments’ revenues in December 2025 up 12.5% y/y

Revenues from nights spent in accommodation establishments in Bulgaria in December 2025 were up by 12.5 per cent compared with December 2024, the National Statistical Institute (NSI) said on February 12.

Revenues added up to 12.7 million leva, of which 37.1 million leva came from non-residents of Bulgaria, the NSI said.

The number of arrivals in December 2025 was 8.2 per cent higher than in December 2024, with an increase of 13.1 per cent for non-residents and 6.7 per cent for residents of Bulgaria.

Non-residents spent 2.4 nights on average, the NSI said, while 77.5 per cent stayed in four- and five-star accommodation.
