New fee adds to comfort: Wizz Air
Travellers with Wizz Air can expect another fee as the airline prepares to trial run a cabin baggage fee on 1 August, the Hungarian-Ukrainian airline announced this week.
With the new rules, bags larger than 42x32x25cm will cost EUR 10 to carry aboard. Wizz Air says the change will make for a better “boarding experience” and “improve on-time performance”. Bags larger than the current carry-on limit of 55x40x20cm will still have to be checked in before boarding.
