Die-hard fans are already counting down the days, some even the hours. Nightwish will celebrate their 20th anniversary in Sofia on September 14 2016.

David Lieberberg, the artistic director of Karma Events, told Magazine79: “It looks like the show will be a big success.” The promoters expect the concert to last for several hours. By renting Arena Armeec for the night, they are providing the best and largest venue in Sofia, for this special event.

Nightwish is being labelled a “symphonic Metal band”. It was founded in Finland in 1996, when many of its fans were not even conceived. The band members are Floor Jansen (vocals), Marco Hietala (bass and vocals), Erno Vuorinen (guitars), Tuomas Holopainen (keyboards), Kai Hahto (drums) and Troy Donockley (pipes, whistles, vocals).

The group will introduce tunes from their new album “Endless Forms Most Beautiful”, as well as their biggest hits, from recent times and back in the days.

Karma Events (formerly BME) has brought countless big names to Bulgaria. Among those are Guns N’Roses, Jon Bon Jovi, Whitesnake, Rammstein, AC/DC, Metallica, Deep Purple, Robbie Williams, but also Placido Domingo, the late Joe Cocker, Natalie Cole and many more.
