Flights to and from Bulgaria: Ryanair Adds Two Brussels Connections

Written by on February 8, 2017 in Latest, Leisure, Tourism - No comments

Europe’s largest airline, Ryanair, just announced new flights between Brussels Charleroi Airport and two Bulgarian destinations. Starting in October of 2017, the Irish budget airline will offer connections between Plovdiv and Brussels, as well as Varna and Brussels. In both cases, flights will be available twice per week.

So far, Ryanair does not have any Varna flights. The new Brussels connection will add the Black Sea marvel to the large number of Ryanair destinations.

The airline also announced, it would celebrate both new connections by offering seats “across its European network” for 9.99 Euro, available on its website until February 10th, 2017, and flights for 19.99 Euro, which are being sold until February 13th.

Including the new Brussels flights, Ryan Air now offers 24 flight connections in and out of Bulgaria. EasyJet offers five Bulgarian connections, while their Hungarian competitor Wizz Air has 42 of them, plus one domestic connection between Sofia and Varna.
